Easy Pizza Rolls Recipe

 Easy Pizza Rolls Recipe

Mother Knowledge

This meal is simple, fast, inexpensive and tasty, all of the components of a great family meal.  My husband and daughter love it when I make this for dinner.  And I have to say it's probably one of my favorite meals to make.  If you have kids that love pizza, then this is a great more inexpensive alternative and if they are old enough, they could even help you make it.

Recipe

Prep Time: 30 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Oven Temp: 350℉

    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can of Big and Buttery Pillsbury Crescents
  • 0.87Ib - Pizza Cheese Blend
  • 0.29Ib - Pepperoni
  • 0.57Ib - Marinara Sauce
  • About a 1/4 Teaspoon of Oregano per Roll
  • About a 1/4 Teaspoon of Basil per Roll

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350℉.  On a cookie sheet, unroll half of the crescents (4) separate them and flatten each one as much as possible.  Sprinkle with basil and oregano.  Spread about a tablespoon of marinara sauce on all 4 pieces and put 6 pepperonis on top of the sauce and any other toppings you'd like on the pepperonis.  Put a hand full of cheese on each one.  Roll them like normal, then pinch the ends closed to keep as much cheese as possible in.  Repeat the previous instructions with the other 4 dough pieces.  Place all 8 rolls on cookie sheet and put in preheated oven. Cheesy Alfredo Casserole Recipe

Cheesy Alfredo Casserole Recipe

Mother Knowledge

Being the mom of a 15 month old little girl and over half way through my second pregnancy I try to make dinners that are on the easier side and that can last my family of 3 and a half for about 2 dinners and 1 lunch. We love this meal and you can even change it up to your own tastes or preferences. Like using different meats and adding vegetables if you like.

RECIPE

Prep Time: 25 min
Cook Time: 50 min
Oven Temp: 375℉

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 16oz Jars of Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 - 14oz Can of Salmon [or cooked and shredded meat of your choosing
  • 1 Pound of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon of Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Oregano
  • 1 - 8oz Package of Extra Wide Egg Noodles
  • 2 Teaspoons of Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup of Italian Breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the noodles to nearly done and drain. Preheat the oven to 375℉. Shred and remove bones [if needed] from meat. Combine noodles, sauce, meat, salt and pepper, basil, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir well. In a 13 x 9" glass pan. Lightly cover the bottom of the pan with some of the sauce and then evenly spread some the noodle mixture in the pan, spread some of the cheese over that. You should be able do 2 to 3 layers of the cheese and the noodle mixture. Cover the top with the breadcrumbs and a little bit of the cheese. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the middle cheese layer is melted. Uncover the pan and brown breadcrumbs for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
